・After closing time, we take sterilization inside the car everyday, in order to  

  maintain germ-free condition. (Spraying Sodium Hypochlorite Stabilizer)  

・Equipped with " Plasma Cluster" ion generator, purification, sterilizing mold &

  bacteria, deodorization, inhibiting virus & allergy.
・Smoking is not allowed inside the car.

Aromatherapy & Healing BGM

・To provide inside our vehicle comfortable & smooth, that enables You to have

   relaxed & enjoyable travel by not only Aromatherapy but also listen to Healing Music.

    On Your physical condition, we or You select the best fragrance & music for Your health.     Off course no scent & no music acceptable. 

    Fragrances of Aroma Essential Oil we can   provide You, Lavender, Rosemary, Teatree,

     Cederwood, Eucalyptus, Ylang Ylang and so on. 

    Music we can provide many Classical Music    

・We usually use faint fragrance of Laender & BGM of Mozart. Because there are recognized

   most therapeutic fragrance & music.

・In case of emergency, we equip various tools inside our vehicle. First aid kit, sick bag, mobile restroom, diaper, distilled water,  antiseptic solution and more.

​・We took out automobile insurance of CDW(Collision Damage Waiver) & Full of SLI(Supplimentary Liability Insurance) General Liability Insurance for Welfare Operator), please set Your mind at ease.

・After that please proofread & click the "Submit" button.

           Note : For Customer making Reservation Request, we will ask You

                    3 choices of Your preffered date & time. Please send us the

                    form by 1 week before the date You’d like to use.

         'Cause You might not be able to make any reservation on a

                    few days before the service providing day.

Change of Destination

・In the case of changing destination, please let us know matters to be

   changed or details ASAP. Changing distant destination, there's a

   possibility that we might not be able to meet Your change request,

   due to our schedule. We appreciated Your Understanding.

    You don't have to pay cancel charge.

            

Change of  Date & Time, Cancellation

・In the case of change of reservation date & time / reservation    

   cancellation, please let us know ASAP.  Change charge for date &

   time / cancel charge is not applied unless You cancel within forenoon

   the day before use. After that time, change charge for date &  

   time / cancel charge is applied according to our Cancellation Policy.

・Your reservation will be canceled if you are late more than 30 min

   on the service providing day.

1. Charter System Fare

Customer's Payment amount is Charter fare Only

2. Meter System Fare

​(Ordinary-Taxi)

Suitable for Short Distance Ride & Short Time Ride.  Customer's Payment amount is Meter Fare + Pick-up Fee

            + Basic Care Support Charge + Additional Services

If the Pick-up point is 10km far from our garage,  fare system will be changed Charter System Fare.

1. Charter System Fare

 Our Charter System Fare is very simple & reasonable !

・You will pay Charter Fare Only.

    (Pick-up Fee, Waiting Fee, Basic & Physical Care Support Charge are included)

​   *However, Additional services, such as Stair-Climbing Support Charge & necessary             expenditure, such as Parking Fee, Toll Fee, Entrance Fee will be paid by You.

・Our Chartered Fare is accepted from 2 hours.

・In case of the distance from our garage(starting point) to pick-up point / from final

   destination to our garage is over 10km(6.2mi.), It will cost an extra 999 yen every

   10 km over.

Change Charge/Cancel Charge for Charter System Fare

  Please let us know as soon as possible, if You change/cancel Your reservation.

  Change charge for date & time/cancel charge is not applied unless You cancel within forenoon the day before use. After that time if You contact us or You won't contact us 30 min. after the appointed time, we require change  charge/cancel charge of 100% of the charterage.  

  However, this may not be the case, if You can verify the change/cancellation by sudden illness or unexpected trouble.

 

2. Meter System Fare

・Our Meter System Fare is suitable for short ride ; eg. daily shopping, errands  

   & ambulatory etc. 

・Customer's Payment amount is Meter Fare + Pick-up Fee + Basic Care Support

   Charge + Additional Services

  *If the Pick-up point is 10km far from our garage,  fare system will be changed

      Charter System Fare.

Basic Care Support Charge  (Wheelchair/One Way) JPY 300 /30min.

Basic Care Support Charge (No Wheelchair/One Way)       150 /30min.

*Transffering from/to entrance to/from inside the taxi. 

*These charges only apply to before departure & after arrival.

    Over 30 min., it charges JPY 500.-/15min.

Physical Care Support Charge (Wheelchair/One Site)     JPY 500 /up to 30min.

   *Dressing, Toiletting, Transffering from/to bed to/from entrance

Physical Care Support Charge (No Wheelchair/One Site)  JPY 250 /up to 30min.

   *Dressing, Toiletting, Transffering from/to bed to/from entrance

*If the wheelchair assistance is impposible situationally or You can't climb stairs,  we'll be able to prepare a chair & carry You on driver's back.

Stair-Climbing Support Charge  (Wheelchair/One Floor)     JPY 1,000 

Stair-Climbing Support Charge (No Wheelchair/One Floor)        JPY 500

*We are able to escort You various place with great support & assist Your business/errands or finish them instead of You at stop-over places.

Escort assistant Service Charge      JPY 500/15min.

  (within the contracted time )    

Extra Caregiver(qualified)        JPY 1,500/30min.

Change Date & Time Charge/Cancel Charge for Meter System Fare

  Please let us know as soon as possible, if You change/cancel Your reservation.

  Change charge for date & time/cancel charge is not applied unless You cancel within forenoon the day before use. After that time if You contact us until the appointed time on contract day, we will charge You change/cancel charge of JPY 1,000.-. After the appointed time if You contact us or You won't contact us 30 min. after the appointed time, we will charge You the chartage of converting estimated time into the chartered time as the change/cancel charge.     

  However, this may not be the case, if You can verify the cancellation by sudden illness or unexpected trouble.
